Election of officers for terms beginning in 2010 will be held via electronic voting again this year. MAS members whose annual dues are current for 2009 will receive an e-mail from elections@electionsonline.us on or about November 1, 2009. Please be sure that you have received this e-mail: it will provide you with a login, password, and simple instructions for easy voting. During a test run of electronic voting, Council members found that some spam filters will direct this e-mail into the "spam", "junk", or equivalent folder. In order to minimize the chances of members missing this e-mail, Membership Services Chair Dan Kremser will send out a "heads up" e-mail the day before.

A paper ballot will be sent to members without a current e-mail address. If you would prefer to vote by traditional paper ballot, please contact Dan Kremser by October 29, and a paper ballot will be sent to you by the U.S. postal service. 

2010 Dues Renewal

November 1, 2009 - January 1, 2010

Annual dues renewal will take place through the end of the calendar year. During this month, the $5 discount for timely dues renewal will be reflected in the on-line dues renewal site. An e-mail reminder will be sent in mid November with renewal and dues payment information.
