Introductory EBSD Demonstrations

In response to feedback from EBSD 2008, we will offer a one-hour demonstration of EBSD so that those with little or no prior knowledge of the technique can see how it works. Parallel demonstrations on a standard specimen will be performed on four different SEMs equipped with different EBSD systems on the day of the tutorial (May 24). We will only be able to accommodate a fraction of conference participants.

Sponsored BBQ

A locally based TC sponsor will be hosting a barbeque at their facility, open to all workshop participants, on the Monday evening following the opening day tutorial.
