By the MAS By-Laws, Article VII, Section 1, individuals not currently members of MAS may served on technical programming committees, but the proportion shall not exceed one-third of the Committee membership, and a non-member cannot serve as Chair (Principal Organizer).

The organizers of the proposed MAS TC may designate an organizer of a previous MAS TC as an ex-officio member of the organizing committee. The role of the ex-officio member would be to provide experience and perspective in the organization of the TC. This role is optional.

Student Programming
